8 farmers from Unnao UP came for an exposure visit to our Federation Praja Mitra Raithu MAC FED in Adilabad. They stayed here for three days. They saw how our village-level cooperatives select their board members and then among the board members the selection process of the president, general manager, and vice president. They also went to the villages separately and spoke to farmers themselves. They understood the concept of savings at the village level and doing business together. They saw how these 8600 farmers proudly own and operate 5 ton per day capacity toor dal Processing Unit.

3rd Quarter Review Meeting at Guttur Mill

As part of self assessment of previous year’s work, and setting up targets for the upcoming procurement season, CCD organized a Review and Planning meeting during 12thand 13thof August 2015.

This meeting targeted towards a practical and realistic situational analysis of the working area, and micro-level planning in drawing the targets. In addition to this the capabilities of the grass-root staff, their mode of operations and strategic approach were clearly analysed and suitably guided.

Refresher Meeting and Orientation at Neredu Valley

CCD follows the policy of organizing trainings to the newly recruited staff through organizing Induction Trainings. During the month of June 2015, 6 new Field Officers were recruited in Puttaparthi Field Area. All the new staff members, along with the existing staff, underwent 2-days Induction Training at “Neredu Valley” training centre.
